Training and incentives

Paul’s Hauling Ltd. recognizes that safety must start with people. To ensure that safety is always a number one priority, we have put in place training programs for drivers to educate them on any issue that may impact the safe transport of our customers’ loads.

To encourage safe operation, Paul’s Hauling has put in place an incentive program that rewards drivers with a quarterly bonus for the safe operation of their vehicles. It’s a program that benefits our drivers directly, and ensures that safety remains top-of-mind.

Every year, we honour those drivers whose safety record places them in a class by themselves. The drivers and their families share a dinner and celebration with Paul Albrechtsen. It’s our way of recognizing not only the commitment and dedication of our drivers, but the on-going support of the families that allow our drivers to be their best.
