Rod Corbett appointed Vice President of Paul’s Hauling Ltd.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE — Winnipeg — December 19, 2003 — Paul’s Hauling Ltd. today announced the appointment of Rod Corbett as Vice President of the company. Corbett, who has been with Paul’s Hauling Ltd. for 18 years, most recently as Corporate Controller, will assume his new duties immediately. The company also announced the appointment of Barry Bembridge to the General Manager position. The two appointments consolidated senior positions at Paul’s Hauling Ltd. as the company looks toward the future.

New General Manager Barry Bembridge comes to Paul’s Hauling Ltd. from Tudhope Transport in Toronto where he held the position of Vice-President Operations. Bembridge has 20 years experience in the transportation industry, and has direct experience of many areas of the business. Bembridge will assume his new duties on January 5, 2004.
